Inspired by the gastropubs of New York City, award-winning chef Tory Miller creates comfort foods that everyone craves, from foodies to kids. There are a variety of small plates from which diners can taste and share, as well as full meals. Dishes are seasonally inspired, made with locally grown produce and grass-fed animals from Wisconsin farms. Breakfast and brunch menus might include Nutella French toast, croque madam, and scrambled egg and cheese stuffed croissants, as well as a large assortment of freshly baked pastries. Later in the day, snack on deviled eggs, fried pickles, battered cheese curds or a Wisconsin meat and cheese plate. For lunch or dinner, you might be offered mac and cheese, roasted bone marrow, chicken and waffles and sauteed potato gnocchi. Save room for dessert because you will not want to pass up the freshly baked Door County cherry pie, hickory-nut bourbon-caramel pie or housemade custard drowned in hot espresso. Enjoy creative cocktails, Wisconsin brewed beers and a large international wine list.
