Hell’s Kitchen

Hell’s Kitchen

Years before the well-known Gordon Ramsay show of the same name, Hell’s Kitchen (which has nothing to do with the show), has been serving and entertaining the Minneapolis crowd with creative and hearty brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as outstanding live music. For weekend brunch, try the Rosti Potatoes-hash browns with Applewood-cured bacon pieces, fresh scallions and sautéed in sweet cream butter, Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes with fresh berries and real maple syrup or the popular native-harvested Porridge simmered in heavy cream with dried fruit and nuts. For lunch or dinner, some of many are the Bison Burger with house made mustard & ketchup, BBQ ribs with homemade sauce, uber-rich four-cheese mac-n-cheese, or Parmesan coated Fish & Chips with homemade scallion-jalapeno tartar sauce. Hell’s Kitchen makes everything from scratch, including all of the condiments, as well as their nationally famous peanut butter. Live soul and jazz music livens up your weekend brunch from 10am-1pm, while free late night “rock-the-house” shows happen every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 2am.
