Since 2003, Restaurant Tallent has been inspired by the Slow Food Movement, using local, seasonal and organic ingredients, creating unique Indiana cuisine with International inspirations. Try Indiana Rabbit stuffed with Italian Sausage, Herb Grilled Leg of Lamb with Barley Risotto and Spaghetti Carbonara with Spring Peas and House-made Pancetta. For dessert, enjoy Strawberry Rhubarb Hand Pies, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake or a plate of local Artisan Cheeses.
