Nostrano uses fresh, local ingredients in all of their dishes; therefore, the menu changes seasonally. Wisconsin produce, meats, fish, and artisan cheeses are used to create Mediterranean inspired dishes. Start by nibbling on marinated olives with crusty sourdough focaccia, Charcuterie Board, or Bison Carpaccio. Move on to dishes featuring hand made pastas, fennel sausage, fresh fish, lamb, rabbit, or smoked pork, and plenty of seasonal farm-fresh vegetables. Dessert is almost always accompanied by a unique, hand-crafted gelato such as ‘cocoa nib,’ ‘bourbon’ or ‘stracciatella.’

The interior is small, so might not be suitable for parties larger than four. Reservations are recommended for that reason.
